| Shops2Go provides a simple yet flexible
small business solution for all your ecommerce needs. The
software developed by Shops2Go is hosted, managed, and
maintained on our servers. Businesses using Shop2Go's
software need only a web browser to manage their online

Does the
package come with hosting as well?
|
Yes, your shopping cart software must be hosted on our
servers. Your store comes with 100MB of disk space and 2GB
of bandwidth per month. We also provide you with 5 POP3
e-mail accounts. |

What if I
need more disk space and bandwidth for my store?
| Your store will still be operational if
it exceeds the 100MB of disk space and 2GB of bandwidth.
However, at the end of the month, you will be billed for the
additional disk space and bandwidth that your store had used
at a rate of £10.00/month for a 500MB disk space upgrade and
another £10.00/month for an additional 1GB of bandwidth. |

I already
have a domain name. Is it possible to use this?
| Yes, you can. You can request for your
domain registrars to update the DNS records on your domain
for you to point to our server. |

Can I accept
credit cards with Shops2Go?
| Yes, Shops2Go is integrated with most of
the major payment gateways around the world. All you need to
do is to select a merchant account provider that suits your
needs and then click to configure your payment method from
your Administrator Control Panel. If the merchant account
provider that you are planning on using is not on our list,
then contact us about the new provider and if possible (99%
of the time), we will integrate it to the system for you at
no extra cost. |

I noticed
that you are located in the United Kingdom. Would that be
a
problem for merchants living in the United States, Canada etc?
| Since the majority of our dealings are
communicated via the web, there is little reason to worry
about our geographical location. As a matter of fact, a
growing number of our merchants are located either in the
United States or Canada. We support our merchants via Live
Chat and e-mail. |

Does the
Shops2Go package come with a merchant account?
| You would need to apply for a merchant
account yourself. As Shops2Go is already integrated with most
of the major payment gateways around the world, once you have
applied for your merchant account, you can easily configure
it on your Administrator Control Panel and start accepting
credit cards online. |

How much
does Shops2Go cost?
| You can have your store up and running
now for £149 set-up (normally £249) and then only £29.99 a
month. This includes web hosting, domain registration,
shopping cart software, integration with your payment
provider, full order management plus much more... |

Is there a
minimum contract period for my subscription?
| No, you are free to use the Shops2Go
package on a monthly basis. There is no minimum contract
period where you will be penalised if you cancel your
service. |

Do I
need any knowledge in HTML or programming?
| No, the Admin Control Panel has its own
HTML editor, which allows you to create powerful pages
without having to possess any experience in HTML. |

How long
will it take me to set up my store?
| We aim to your online store fully
functional within 24 hours. However, please allow 24-48 hours
for your domain registration to complete. |

What
support do you provide?
| For most queries related to the use of
the Admin Control Panel, an answer can be found in the
Tutorials section. This is a password protected area which is
only available to Merchants. Support can also be found
through Live Chat and e-mail. However, if you require
individual support such as for custom programming, an hourly
fee of £20 is charged for the ensuing work. |

How do I add
photos to my products?
| This is easily done through the online
upload form located in the Admin Control panel. |

Is there
a limit on the number of products I can add to my online store?
| No, there is no limit with the software.
The only constraint is the amount of disk space you have.
However, you can of course upgrade your disk space if you
find that you are fast running out. |

How do I
